SAP Sales cloud Report : Issue with Standard Account Master Data Source

We've encountered an anomaly with the Standard Data Source: Account Master Data in the Sales Cloud- Design Datasource Work center. When applying the Aggregation/Total Rule, the custom key figure displays an asterisk (*) instead of data. Oddly, the same setup works flawlessly in our QA system.

We'd appreciate any insights or assistance you can offer to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello Moumita,

Did you do a transport of the analytical content that you have created? as you seem to have differences between tenants?

When creating your own key figure, i always define another key figure that represents a new counter for that new key figure.

The Calculate Result As, Calculate Single value As as well as the Aggregation Type have the  parameter = Counting All Detailed Values That are not Zero, Null or Error

Hi MJ, Thank you for your reply. We discovered that the issue was caused by a data discrepancy—different units of measure (UOM) were maintained for the key figure. Best regards, Moumita
