Yes it is compatible but must use acctcode in the configuration. For example my check account is _SYS00000000221 when i configure integration with SBO.Hope these helps

After trying I got to understand that it does work well with Segmented accounts. Uses the _SYS.... Account Code.

Hello Tendayi,Hello Hector,

Which country localization are you talking about?

For our existing customers in different countries, they create the GL Account in SAP BusinessOne.
Example 1000 for Cash Payment, 1030 for Cheque Payment, 1050 for Master Card etc.
Then they maintain these account number 1000,1030, 1050 etc in SAP Customer Checkout.
When sending data to SAP BusinessOne, we then send these account numbers.

If is different for your case?
I have not seen GL accounts with these IDs like _SYS00000000221. Is it an internal B1 ID?
In SAP Customer Checkout you maintain the GL Accounts that you see in the B1 User Interface.
The technical IDs are not used.

Hello Bikash

I am currently in Guatemala localization. But when the chart of accounts is segmented, the AcctCode is changed to _SYS###. But only when the chart of account is segmented. When the chart of accounts is not segmented, the AcctCode is 110101 etc

Hello Hector,

I am not an expert with Guatemala localization and segmented chart of accounts. Apologies.
However is maintaining _SYS### in SAP Customer Checkout accounts not resolving your issue. Like in screenshot below.

Are the transactions still not posted to SAP BusinessOne? Is there any specific error message thrown by SAP BusinessOne. You will see the error message in SAP Customer Checkout Monitor (part of B1if).

Hello Bikash Bansal

Yes, it posts in SBO with no problem. Have not tested all scenarios but it works ok with segmented chart of accounts

HI Tendayi,

could you please explain how SAP Customer Checkout should affect segmented Chart of Account? In SAP Customer Checkout you has to maintain only the GL account which should be affected from cash and card payment

kind regards

Stephan
