SAP Customer Checkout Synchronization Error

I am trying to Synchronise Business Partners and Asrticcles between SAP B1 and SAP Customer Checkout and I am getting the following errors respectively:

1) Error while loading business partners from external system

2) Error while loading article data from external system

SAP business one is registered and SAP checkout is on a Test environment.I looked at the log file cco_error.log understood it but don't know the way forward to resolve the issue.

Hello Tendayi,

thank you very much for you interest in SAP Customer Checkout.

You can open an incident using the SAP Business One Launchpad (SBO-INT-CCO), then the usual support process will happen.

Please attach the logfiles, the version information of SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Business One and also the version of the B1if Services for SAP Customer Checkout.

Please have a look in SAP Note 2163033 in advance to assure that you use the latest services, maybe that will help to fix the issue.
