Hi,
Greetings from SAP Contact Center Support! To help you to get started with new SCN platform I'm creating this example question for SAP Contact Center product.
To create a question click profile icon on top right corner and select "Ask a question".
When creating a question for SAP Contact Center please:
1. Insert a topic to "Your question" field
2. Add your question, describe the issue in details
3. Select a language - Please prefer English so everybody can contribute
4. Select SAP Contact Center, on-premise edition as a primary tag
5. Optionally you can select additional tag, for example CRM if question is related to CRM integration. In this example I use other CCtr tag which is SAP Contact Center, cloud edition
6. In users tags you can add your own tags, for example CCtr, CDT, SC, IA, ECF and Integration
