Hello Experts,
We have a requirement where a C4C User 'A' belonging to Sales Group 'SG1' should be able to see Accounts, Visits & Calendars of another C4C user 'B' belonging to Sales Group 'SG2'. Both the Sales Groups belongs to same Sales Office & the users belong to different territories (but same territory hierarchy level - Region).
For Accounts, we have a solution - to assign user 'A' as partner contact in the territory team of user 'B', such that user 'A' would be able to view the accounts which belongs to territory of 'B'.
However, for Visits & Calendars, the same approach does not work; also since the Access restriction rule on Visits is '4 - Employee (excluding active territory assignment)'.
Is there a way to achieve this requirement through territory or org unit adjustments, or will it require a change in the Access Restrictions?
Appreciate any insights or assistance you can offer as a solution.
Thanks,
Indraneel
