Field Sales Organization Unit is missing in all these apps

• Service Quotations
• Service Orders
• Service Request
• Service Contracts

Dear customer

you've activated the option "Enable Enterprise Organizational Model". For this reason, Sales Organization Unit and Service Organization Unit are hidden.

yes, it's exactly designed in this way.
The new Enterprise Organization model works as SD and "Sales Organizational Unit" doesn't exist in SD, this is a CRM feature.
