Hi
Rejection reason drop down list is getting disabled once sold to party is entered in complaint transaction.
When I open a new complaint screen I can see the dropdown list and is editable.
Also entries of dropdown list for rejection reasons are defined under "settings for sales transactions".How are they linked to the complaint transaction?
Pls suggest.

Is there any kind of errors generated which is preventing or any other mandatory fields missing that might be a cause of the Rejection Reasons getting disabled.
Can you provide some more details as to the pre-processing steps that you are doing ?

any kind of errors generated-No
Mandatory fields sold to party(SP) and employee responsible are entered after that Rejection reason getting disabled.
I click on Create complaint and select the transaction type enter the mandatory fields(SP and emp responsible) and the field rejection reason is disabled.
Pls suggest..

Hi Samantak,
Component is BT120H_CPL.It was enhanced for updating organizational details automatically once sold to party is entered.
I tried in a different system where no enhancement was done.Issue is the same.
Initially when I open complaint screen rejection reason field is editable,once mandatory details(sp,emp responsible and org details are filled) it gets disabled.
