recent Items do not get stored correctly when logging off

Hello,

in web ui framework the recent items are not stored when NOT closing the web ui session with built in standard "log off". !!

This is a problem as we use NW Business Client and the header area with "personalize - help center - ...log off" is deactivated for the user per requirement!

This means the user has to use the "log off" of NW business client. Unfortunately with NWBC log off the recent items get NOT saved and stored..

Does someone have any advice how to resolve this issue???

I have found the location in the code where it is missed to get triggered, it is in the SAP Standard. So maybe it can be configured, maybe there is already a solution for it...? I have already raised an OSS message, but also want to try it here in the forum. I have more trust in the power of the sdn community )...

Many thanks for your support!

Andreas

Hello Andreas,

Unfortunately Recent Items from CRM WebClient UI are not supported in NWBC. Please see:

Hi Hasan, thanks for your reply....Does SAP plan to support it in one of the next Service Packs? Can you tell me about it please, as it is a very important issues to have a full integration into NWBC with all features of CRM Web UI...

Hello Andreas,

Unfortunately there are no plans to support this. This feature is available in NetWeaver Portal. I do apologize.

Best Regards,

Hasan

Dear Hasan,

I am currently searching exactly for this feature "recent items" within Portal after CRM role-upload-based CRM integration. Can you please give me a hint, how to do this? You are saying Portal has got this feature... Yet, I found no solution and the "recent items" are still missing....

Thank you very much!

Regards,

Jens
