Prospect to Customer Indicator

Hello friends,

I am relatively new to CRM . I am developing a report to display an indicator showing the change from the present prospects to customers . Also the number of days it took to change a prospect to a customer .

Hi,

v r creating bp with roles ( bp,sold to party,ship to party .......)

When ever u r creating a bp as prospect, u need to check the prospect Check box in Classification tab.

If u wants to chages bp as prospect to customer select the dropdown button select the sold to party, once u save this system will give one error. to remove this again go to classification tab check as customer.
