Pre-integrated Sinch Test Account

Dear Experts,

in the past when a customers purchased SAP Marketing Cloud together with SAP Digital Interconnect, there was always a pre-integrated test account for the MC test tenant to send few test emails.

For our new customer there's no test account integrated on test tenant. Does anybody know if there's any possbility to activate or request that one? Or has this service become obsolete since SAP DI has been acquired by Sinch?

Hi Tobias.

I've been checking and it doesn't have it, or at least I couldn't find it.

I'm working on Sinch's commercial, I'll tell you about his answer.

Hi Tobias,

I have forwarded your question to a Sinch colleague I am in contact with (unfortunately, not being active in SAP Community yet), and here is his reply:

"Its correct, we are no longer offering a separate test account to customers. Customers can use their productive account credentials on the SAP Marketing Q system to test the email service."

okay, that's what I feared...

Thank you, that answers the question. Even if I think that's not a good approach and a reduced service in comparison to the past. Because SAP always talks about the importance to do a Ramp-Up/IP-Warming before using the productive Account and so on and now we're supposed to just use that one on test-tenant?

But okay, then we'll have to go that way.
