Partially imported software collection

Dear SAP Community,

I created new versiona of a software collection in the QA system to transport new and changed items to the PROD System. These would be versions 21 and 22 of this software collection and the transport had always worked without any problems before.

I was able to export the software collection without any error notifications. When I try to import the software collection in the PROD system, the transport ends after some seconds with the error notification "Process is not running any more. Status was set to failed".

Since this notification is a bit vague, I would like to ask for suggestions on how to approach this.

I also created a new software collection to transport an item of custom logic and this was imported into the PROD system without problem.

I would suggest that you create an incident for the component BC-SRV-APS-EXT-SL.
