I have encoutered two issues related to the Outlook client side integration with SAP Sales for customer.
Can you help me please?
SAP Cloud for Customer add-in for Outlook, version: 191.2.3701.0624
MS Outlook from package of MS Office 365

Step 1 - Install the latest updates
Step 2 - Make sure that Outlook is not in use by another process
Step 3 - Check the problem caused by external content
Step 4 - Investigate possible add-in issues
Step 5 - Check whether your mailbox is too large
Step 6 - Check whether your AppData folder is being redirected to a network location
Step 7 - Repair Office programs
Step 8 - Repair Outlook data files
Step 9 - Check whether antivirus software is up-to-date or conflicts with Outlook

Hello Miha,
Related to the disable add-in this KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2586277 shall help you, Outlook imposes strict time limits for add-ins. This includes 1000 ms for loading, 500 ms for folder switch and for shutdown. If the add-in exceeds this time limit, then Outlook disables the add-in.
For the issue with black side screen, the add-in pane is based on Internet Explorer, maybe to reset this browser settings can help with this issue.
