HI,
On which cloud platform does SAP C4C run? Is it Azure, HCP, AWS or Google cloud platform?
Hi ruchi191 ,
If you have admin rights for your C4C you can check on which Data Center your tenant is located with this path: 'Service Control Center' -> 'Systems' and after highlighting the given tenant you will see Data Center shortcut:
After clicking on question mark you will be redirected to the list of SAP Data Centers. Then you can search for this particular Data Center and see what is the platform for it (in this case XAF stands on AWS):
Best regards,
Kacper

Hi Ruchika ruchi191,
As far as I'm aware that SAP C4C ran on both SCP and Hyperscalers.
But, recently, I've come to learn that it's running mostly in AWS, you can check the info on C4C Trust Center.
best regards,
Kunal

Hello Ruchika,
Previously C4C ran on SAPs cloud platform. However I believe with the recent move, it now runs on AWS, unless someone in the community states otherwise. Either way, customers are platform agnostic as SAP would handle everything from a platform perspective.
Just curious on why you ask?
