Hai this is Praveen.

1)We installed Mobile Client Sucessfully.

Integration is also done with CRM server.

And We are able to log in to the Mobile Client.

But the thing is that Is DEMO Client.

That is why Some of the Tabs are disabled.

2)We also done Mobile Client Standard Installation.

But the problem is there is no field exists in the SMOUSERS the Data base that is why we are not able to log in to the Mobile Client.

Can any boby please give me help.

What is CDB how the MObile Data is maintained in the CDB.

Please provide the Need ful

Hi Praveen

If you have a connected mobile client (that means conntrans is working), you need to create separate users for mobile sales and also assign subscriptions (for sending the data to the mobile client). This is done in Tx SMOEAC in the CRM Server. Please refer to the documentation there.

for a demo client (which is of course NOT connected to a CRM system) you can use login crmuser/crm.
