Issues setting SC password

I'm trying to set a password for SC user (admin) but getting the same error every time:

Password could not be set.

Reason: password did not match

This is happening regardless of what password I use, be it a 20 random symbols or 1 character. Initially I thought it was an issue with password requirements, but at this point I would of hit it at least once.
