Is there any standard options to make a bulletin board function in SAP Sales Cloud?

Hi. I'm working on a project to make a bulletin board something like Q&A, or some place where Sales managers can communicate with Field managers. Is it available with only standard functions of Sales Cloud? Or do I need to add a custom field modification on Buildapps?

I added an example image of reddit main page. I want to make something like this.
