Hi experts!
I want to use subscriptions as conditions in Suppression BAdI:
If a user has permission for subscription with ID = 12, then we should check if there are at least 1 interactions 'EMAIL_OUTBOUND' for last 7 days, then the supression rule will apply.
Help to compose the BAdI with that condition. I'm having difficulty with first subscription check in the condition
Another way would be to use segmentation to cover your suppression logic and create a building block (or a dynamic suppression target group which needs to be updated regularly using an application job) based on the segmentation.
This segmentation building block (or suppression target group) now can be integrated in every relevant segmentation when it comes to create a target group for your email campaigns.
You could even integrate some other general logic into this building block (check for general permissions, distinct email addresses, ...)
When creating a buiding block, I would recommend to make the block public and use define "Copy and Reference" as usage.

Hi ekakur ,
I am not sure I understand your requirement. But are we talking about drip campaigns here?
Take a look at these links: Drip campaign and video.
Sorry if I've misunderstood you.

Guilherme.

Hi,
I am not sure why you want to use BADI when exactly similar functionality is available via the configuration app "Configure Communication Categories and Limits". There you can configure Limits per email or SMS in last so and so days.
Or can you please elaborate on your use case what you are trying?

Hi,
We need to use several subscriptions for one campaign/newsletter, so we can't use the standart functionality.
If use this, then we need to create one letter or campaign for every subscription.
- Once a week
- Once two weeks
- Once three weeks
- All content
Thought, how to automatize the process. Could you please tell me if there is another way for solving this problem?
