How to - Surveys in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello all,

For a customer, we need to connect a third-party survey tool to the Marketing Cloud. For this we would like to use the standard Iflow (link). Unfortunately, some things are not quite clear to us:

• Do surveys have to be created in the Marketing Cloud (e.g. incl. Survey ID and the corresponding questions and answers)?
• Where can I find the survey results in the Marketing Cloud?
• How can I test this in advance?

Hi Dennis,

No , Surveys should be created in the Survey tool and we can use the Survey URL in our Emails and the responses can be checked in Segmentation as mentioned in below help document
