How to get the attachment of service request and sent via email

Hi Experts,

I am new to sap,My requirement is i want to get the service request attachments from the table and sent via email, here am getting the attachment information by using the method cl_crm_documents=>get_document but it return the document content of type SDOKCNTBINS, after that i am adding the attachment to the document using ADD_ATTACHMENT method it takes the content of type SOLIX_TAB.

Is their any other way to read the attachment, Can anyone give me the solution for this,

I appreciate if anyone gives me an idea how to proceed?
