How to generate Client SSL Certification in SAP Service Cloud V2

Hi Experts,

While configuring communication system in SAP Service Cloud v2, under Outbound section, we have option to select Authentication Method as Client SSL Certificate.

Can someone let me know if this Client SSL Certificate needs to be generated in Service Cloud v2 or is generated by CPI Team or other team and shared with with Service Cloud v2 Team.

If SSL Certificate needs to be generated in Service Cloud v2, kindly help me with the steps to generate it.
