Which is the best Available Book on CRM, ofcourse there is help.sap.com.

Hi,
Since you are from SAP SD background, so this transition will be easy for you. You can very easily get across the major business cycles and standard operation procedure.
You can search the SDN for a lot of resources in SDN. Also you can start with the following courses. CR010 - CRM Overview. CR100 - Base Customization. These are the absolutely necessary for CRM. Then you can go for the CR300 - CRM Sales.
And as you know you will get a lot of information from help.sap.com.

That would be probably your best introductory start, beyond taking an SAP training class on CRM.
