Hi,
a few months ago I successfully configured the Essential Scenario in Hybris Marketing 1611 OnPrem. After "Upgrade" to FSP03 (SAP S/4 HANA 1610 SP-Stack 03 (10/2017)) the replication isn´t working anymore and the scenario runs now on errors in step 18/36: Failed to activate the SAP HANA Content.
-> Activation of SAP HANA component SAP_CUAN failed.
The error messages attached.
Could the SLT-Server not be configured correctly? Maybe compatibility issues due to upgrade?
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
Jacqueline
Hi Jacqueline,
Can you try to run the report CUAN_DEPLOY_COMPONENT and mention the component SAP_CUAN and try to activate it from the backend.
Once successfully activated please try to re run the Essentials scenario.
Thanks

Hi Vineet,
thanks for your Feedback. I have run and actived the report in SE38. I also implemented the SNotes.
Unfortunately without success. The scenario still stops in Step18.
Hello Vineet,
Iam an absolute beginner. So I hope I have done everything right.
I check the entries in the DBACOCKPIT with the SQL-Editor (e.g. Select * from "_SYS_REPO"."INACTIVE_OBJECT"). There are 250 entries but no match with the essential error messages.
No Objects found when I search in Diagnostics - > Tables/Views with the same schema and Table.
Hi Jacqueline,
Can you check if any one of the views from the SQL are actually in error or they show as active in the studio.
We had a similar issue that system was showing active while there were still objects in the inactive table. so we had to delete the entries from inactive table and re run the scenario which was successful. I would suggest best is to raise a message with SAP and check. It would be interesting to know there view on this issue.
Thanks
Vineet
Hi Jacqueline,
You need to first check if the views which exist in Inactive table are actually inactive or not. If they appear as Active in HANA Studio but still exists a entry in Inactive Table then you need to log into Hana studio with the same user against whom the entry in Inactive table exists for eg. Inactive table has an entry for view xyz.. Owner SYSTEM, then log into HANA studio with that user and locate the view and try to re-activate it or reset to latest active version. but do this if and only if the views are active in HANA studio from your user and are the latest version when compared to the views you see when logged in as SYSTEM user. If this is not the case then please do not delete and wait for SAP to comeback.
Thanks
Vineet
Hello Jacqueline,
actually, the step Hana content activation doesn't need the data to be replicated, just the structures/tables. There is a check before, and this check seems positive (see error2.png). Which HANA release do you use? See also relevant RIN for your release. Also, do you try to upgrade SAP Marketing or add another product to your system? Eventually it would be more helpful you'd open a ticket.
Br, Sophie.

Hi Jacqueline, with the Hana release i mean the version/revision of the underlying Hana Database (something like 2.00.023.00.1513691289) You could look it up e.g. in System -> Status. If you havent done any changes to the system, of course a re-run of the CUAN_BASE_CONFIG should run through without any issues. The task list relevant for replication is CUAN_SETUP_(ERP/CRM)CONTENT depending of what you integrated. BR, Sophie.
