Do we need to reindex the data after upgrading from Solr 9.2.1 to Solr 9.5.0?

Related information: From 8.x to 9.2.1, SAP KBA 3458625 (How to prepare for Solr 9 upgrade) advised to reindex the data. However, there is no guideline if reindexing is needed when upgrading from Solr 9.2.1 to Solr 9.5.

Based on local testing, full indexing is not needed. Search still works even without a full indexing.
