Dear Experts,
is it possible in SAP Marketing Cloud to "disable" the HARD_BOUNCE functionality in general?
I know per default when receiving a HARD_BOUNCE interaction, the email is deleted from the contact.
But hopefully there could be a workaround for that behavior using a BAdI... Our problem is that we get some hard bounces delivered that aren't really hard bounces (so they happened by any mistake)...
The best would be to handle the behavior based on the DSN code, but I don't know if it is possible in that detail.
Any help is much appreciated!

The Hard Bounce behavior is part of the sample code, so it should be possible to overwrite that logic.
