Hello Saurabh,

Business partners is the collective term for all the companies and people you interact with in your business, and includes accounts, contacts, partners, and employees. When you create a document, you can designate a business partner as an involved party and assign them a role.

Example: You can create a sales quote and add an account as the ship-to party. In this case, the account is the business partner, and ship-to is the party role.

Partners: A motivated group of partners — such as re-sellers, brokers, service providers or distributors — can assist your organization in attaining its goals.
