Delivery Priority in CRM system

We have CRM, APO, ECC systems in our landscape. Sales Orders are created either directly in CRM or transferred from legacy systems. Sales Order data are not replicated to ECC but only delivery data are replicated to ECC. I am not sure how Delivery Priority field is updated in Sales Order in CRM. I checked Product Workbench in CRM as well as Sold-To Party BP data but it doesn't seem to be source of Delivery Priority. I am suspecting it is updating based on Sales Order Type but not sure how can I check that.

Can you CRM masters help me to find from where Delivery Priority value can be updated in Sales Order and how can I check if that is case in our system.

i think you can set this in customer master ,

Go to customer master , and then to sales area , and you can set this under the shipping tab.

From there it will flow to the sales order.
