Hi Expert,
we have business users defined in our production environment that is not linked to any employee. In the image below, these users appear in the list of the owner list during Lead creation and we don't want it.
One of them is the impersonal user used for testing, how can we limit the visibility to our users? The last (Service Agent) exist in our environment only as business user, no employee. How is it possible? do you have idea to limit the visibility also for this object in C4C?
Hello,
Business Users in C4C are either employee or service agents. So it depends of how you have created an "impersonate" user to limit the visibility. In case it is a service agent then you can go to "Business Partners"-->"Service Agent" and then change the status from Active to Obsolete. Once done then service agenet will not be visible for owner selection. In case it is an employee then its validity date has to be adjusted. To do so please check https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/en/2661796

Hi Giovanni,
In addition or as an alternative - the owner field in the leads creation screen, allows you to set up a query of employees. So instead of showing "all" you can define a query with employees to select from e.g. everybody with a job sales representative. Of course you have to add via adaption the fields that are relevant for your selection first.

Hi Giovanni,
Be sure that you are logged on as an administrator.
In your case navigate to the New (Sales) Lead transaction, open the field owner, open the advanced search (funnel button), set your filters e.g. the job, run your selection and press Save Query As. Give your query a name and make it default by clicking the default indicator.
Then start the application with another (non admin) user and create a new (sales) lead. When you open the owner field you will see your newly created query and the results of this query.
Depending on where you are in the application, as an admin via the adaption mode you can display or hide queries to your users. This is described in the paragraph Set Queries as Visible
Kind regards,
MJ
