Date Profile Position

Hi,

I have added SRV_CUST_BEG to my date profile for a Service Confirmation, via the Interaction Centre. Problem I have is that the field for SRV_CUST_BEG does not appear. Should it/where? Everything looks fine in customising except for the Screen area section. There is a field there called 'Display Position'. Not sure what I am meant to put in here and cannot find any documentation on it.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Always look at SAP standard settings.

remember that some Date Types are not meant to be visible so no entry in screen area.

If I understood what you wish it should be CONFIRMATION in your case.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have CONFIRMATION in there but am not sure of the number to put in the 'Display Position'. A similar existing entry has position 1. But what does that mean? Where is 1? Where is 2? Or should the question be 'When is 1?'.

I actually want to add 2 date fields. Should they both be postion 1 or 1 and 2?

the first you want to see should be one and the second 2.

I had made the changes but nothing seemed to appear. We upgraded our SP for another reason and now I can see dates. Strange....
