Hi experts,
If running several campaigns generating as many different call lists, how can duplicate calls can be prevented from one call list to another?

You can check BAdI CRM_CLM_EXCHECK_BADI. It's located SPRO -> CRM -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Additional Functions -> Call Lists -> Business Add-Ins -> BAdI: Check for Existing Calls.

Have someone thouts about duplicates in context?
I mean do not add new call if call list already have call with the same order ID. For sure, we can loop through all calls in call list, but it'll be bad performance.
