CRM 7.0 personalize link not working

Hello Experts,

I am working on a new CRM 7.0 implementation. Any business role that I login thru, I am unable to access "Personalize" or "Help Center" or System News.

When I click on "Personalize" or "System News", a Javascript Error is thrown saying "htmlbEDIC is undefined" and the file is ........./BC/BSP/SAP/thtmlb_scripts/events.js.

Can anyone please help me out in fixing this and restoring the functionality?

P.S: I have checked all the possible items in Authorization and SICF areas.

Please check if this is happening to your specific ID only or is a general issue across all users. Incase it's specific to your user ID, please check it up with the BASIS Team to get the roles configured for u.

Hi,

maybe you can try the suggestion of to try to clear the ICM cache (from transaction SMICM) to circumvent the issue.
