Contacts set to inactive

Hi All,

I am getting data from multiple sources and some customers are coming from Commerce cloud to marketing as inactive.

When i see this contacts in manage contacts they are available under inactive. How the inactive flag is set in marketing and how to remove it.

How to set the below flags which i see in manage contacts app

Hi Selvam,

Contact status "Inactive" is being derived based on the contact level (or Validation status) and on the date of their last interaction.

If you want to change the validation status then you can make use of BADI "Update Interaction Contact (best record)" and update validation_status based on youe need.
