Common Distribution Channel in CRM

Hi Guys,

In our system R3, there has defined common distribution channel. How can I transfer the customizing of it to CRM, or How can I define the Common Distribution Channel?

Please check configuration guide "CRM Organizational Model" for the complete overview of all steps necessary for replication these settings to CRM.

Hi KZ,

The documentation you mentioned is how to define Distribution Channel in CRM. But My requirement is How the define <u>Common</u> Distribution Channel. The usage of Common Distribution Channel is if there are two distribution Channels 11 & 15. 11 is the Common distribution Chanel of 15. Then we only need mention master data for 11, then 15 can use the master data.
