We have a Hybris Marketing system provisioned through the SAP Cloud Application Library CAL. We launched this SAP Netweaver 7.5 Hybris Marketing 1.2 on HANA which we then upgraded to 1709. Many of the Fiori tiles are working but we are not able to get the CUAN_SHELL to work.
When we try to open up the Fiori app that loads the CUAN_SHELL/index.html page, this just renders a blank screen. If we turn on the developer tools in Chrome and we see that the load terminates when trying to load AppParameter.js. We see that the page is trying to bring up CUAN_SHELL_LIB/~20160401152138~/AppParameter.js.
However, that URL is not valid for AppParameter.js. In SE80, we do see that there is a CUAN_SHELL_LIB/AppParameter.js and we can get to but not with the datetimestamp.
However, we do not know why the datetimestamp is being is used in the URL which is causing the web application to fail rendering.
The Hybris system provided on CAL seems to be only partially configured. We had to manually start SICF services and enable many SEGW projects.
Any help would be appreciated.

We created an OSS ticket and got the answer on how to fix this.
You have to run the program /UI5/APP_INDEX_CALCULATE.
Then you will see the SAP UI5 application reindexed and it all starts working.
