Hello Everyone,
We have a request from a customer who wants to include multiple registered products in a single ticket. Currently, when attempting to add multiple registered products manually, I can filter them by customer and ship-to address. However, is there a way to view all registered products at once and add as many as needed?

1.You can create your own Custom Query to show ALL Registered Product , For example : Ticket ->Overview facet->Product section->Click value help of Serial Id field ->In the window 'Select Registered Product' ,click on the Advance Filter ->Removed all default value/create your own query as per requirement.
2.In standard, we do not multiple select option to select more than one Registered Product at same time .
