C4C Sales Order calculate Tax

Hi All,

I would like to ask if it is possible to add Tax in the Total Pricing of Sales Order. I need to multiply Total Amount by 12%. No external pricing available. Can I do it in C4C? Or can I do it using SDK.

I checked the following links:

and it is not working for me. Surcharge is applied on item level.

Yes April,

If your tax is predefined and every time it will be same as 12% then in studio you can define it.

Or create an extension field in root and let the end user maintain the tax.

Once you get the percentage you can calculate the tax amount and pass in to total value.
