C4C Outlook plugin with SSO (Single Sign on)

Hi there,

For our project we are using SSO, this means users will not have a password.

In order to enable Outlook plugin the users will have to do an initial login with username and password. (this is thus not possible).

Another option to enable the Outlook plugin is with a Certificate. (see picture in appendix)

Question: Is it possible to logon only with the certificate? if not, what would be a workaround?

If yes, what certificate to use and how can this be configured?

Hi Léh, you have to enter the correct SSO-URL (https://myXXXXXX-sso.crm.ondemand.com/). Password and User Name will be taken automatically. BR Anja
