c4c Incident - Not responding

Hi All,

I have raised an incident on 15/07/2021, got a call from Support team and I have explained the error in detail, External Reference ID generated. I sent a note to provider because it's very urgent. Still didn't receive any Solution from SAP Support team.

What to do if I have to contact the Support team again???
