Dear Community,
we are running a Cloud for Sales Solution with visit management in scope.
we are in the need of assigning a default working day calendar/time zone to the customers (based on their country). However in doing so it appears that some configuration for Service needs to be done (service level agreement creation, milestones, ....). Anyone did it in a pure Cloud for Sales solution? Can you please guide?

I do have the same requirement. Did you actually find a solution to assign a working day calendar automatically to a customer? Or does this have to be done manually for each account?
