C4C: Defaulting Working calendar/time zone to customer

Dear Community,

we are running a Cloud for Sales Solution with visit management in scope.

we are in the need of assigning a default working day calendar/time zone to the customers (based on their country). However in doing so it appears that some configuration for Service needs to be done (service level agreement creation, milestones, ....). Anyone did it in a pure Cloud for Sales solution? Can you please guide?

Dear Damiano,

I do have the same requirement. Did you actually find a solution to assign a working day calendar automatically to a customer? Or does this have to be done manually for each account?

Hi Stefanie,

unfortunately, this requirement had to be descoped. It has to be done for each account manually.

Hi Damiano,

I'm not sure I fully understand your query, but please see if these KBAs help:

  • 2841683 - You cannot modify the first day in the Calendar displayed in a field OVS
  • 2605259 - Calendar Current Time Is Not The Same As Time Zone Defined in My Settings
  • 2656369 - Time Stamp in an Extension Field Does Not Reflect the Current Time in Your Time Zone

You can open them via Browser.
