Hello everyone,
my company has globally switched to MS Teams as an external phone call solution. We now want to integrate it with C4C using the CTI integration possibilities and advantages.
Does anyone of you have experience with this? Do you have any documentation material you can share that might help us get the ball rolling?

Hi,
AFAIK, there is no OOTB functionality for managing/deploying the MS team as CTI client for C4C. You will always need to use 3rd party vendors.
Recently, I came across 2 very nice MS teams' partner add ons.
Maybe you can check them out.
