C4C - Campaign assigned to an Opportunity - Can't export/update/import

Hello Experts,

When opening an Opportunity in C4C, in the Opportunity details we have a standard field called Campaign. I had a Campaign to that Opportunity and, when exporting this Opportunity, it doesn't show that field.

I tried to import this field and update with Dataworkbench but I couldn't do it.

Does anyone know how to export/update and/or import this field?

I found a documentation that should be delivered soon to everyone. Thanks busa ! Allow me to share its preliminary details so that you can try something different in your side

Although there’s no specific Campaign ID field, you can upload Campaign information using the Related Documents tab in the Migration template.

1. Open the Opportunity Migration template
2. Head to the Related Documents tab
3. Add the Campaign ID to the Reference Document ID field
4. Under Type of Reference Document, input “1” (the code that determines this document as a Campaign; expand description row for further codes)
5. Under Role of Reference Document, input “1” as well (code for predecessor)
6. Migrate the file into the system using the appropriate mode.

Alternatively, it’s also possible to maintain this information using the Opportunity Preceding and Follow-Up Documents | opportunity Object in the Data Workbench.
