but000 guids are different

Hi All,

we have customers in table but000 which are having guids different to crmkunnr and CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO. so we ran program zrepair which deleted the entries from both crmkunnr and CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO.

now how to load the BP's that exists in but000 to other 2 tables. please throw some light on this

Hi Sri,

I have gone through your query. Is this report created by you to rectify this context? Because usual cases, GUIDs in both the mapping tables will not be deleted. One will be used as a reference and checked against the entry in BUT000 and then the inconsistent guids will be corrected. But if the GUIDS present in both the mapping tables are deleted, it would be difficult to restore them.

Let me know if you had deleted entries in both CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO and CRMKUNNR are deleted.
