business users massive activation

Hi experts.

We are replicating employees from ECC to C4C, but their respective business user is not active by default.

Is there any way to massively active this business users in C4C?

Hi Ángel Hernández,

You can control the Business User's status with below element.

If you send this field as constant false, then the user will be created as Active.

/ns0:EmployeeCompleteMasterDataReplicateRequest/EmployeeCompleteMasterDataReplicateRequest/CompleteEmployeeMasterData/Identity/UserAccountsInactiveIndicator

Please do note that active users will be also be considered as Counted users from SAP for billing.
