BOR Method

Using the ITS in CRM 4.0 the requirement is open an existing Z CRM transaction type from IC Web. Has someone does this in the past? I understand that a new BOR object has to be developed. But how should the code in BOR method look like?

Hi

For calling the Ztransactions to IC webclient you need to customise the transaction launcher , you can call any transaction type through transaction launcher even the hyperlinks URLs for the websites

if you are useing ic winclient then you can call the ztransaction through action box settings where you can user BOR meathod, HTML meathod , workspace or workflow meathod
