BDoc Validation Error

Hi All,

I'm facing a Bdoc issue as of now. Business Partner with GUID <XXXXXXX> doesnot exist. I have the BP and the GUID in CRMKUNNR table in R3 but not in CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO in CRM. It doesn't exist in CRM. I know the steps as to how to resolve the error. But i'm not able to find out the root cause as to why this error occurred.

I have attached the image showing the error below.

I have also seen some threads mentioning the contact person relationship or something relating to some filter criteria not met in CRM because of which the failure is happening. Could any one please explain me the cause in detail. It would be of great help to me.

Thank you for the reply.

The note says that the tables contain incorrect entries that are not relevant for data exchange due to which incorrect bdoc types are generated.

So when are these incorrect entries maintained. I mean for the BP that was created in ECC the GUID gets updated in CRMKUNNR table in R3. Shouldn't it get updated in CRM_BUT_CUSTNO in CRM. I mean how can that GUID be already maintained. And how come it is failing.

Hi Ramdas,

Can you please check once RFC connection is there any change in the system pointing recently.

I mean earlier there it was pointing to some xxx system and now changed.
