Hello,
when I press "Open Advanced Search" in PCUI in our CRM development system advanced search GUI does not open.
This behaviour can be watched in any Business Objects as Accounts, Contacts, Opp, Leads,...
Restart of dev portal didn't help. There is no error message in browser nor any system dump available (st22). Simple Search works well.
Any ideas where I could start to find a solution (where to focus debugging)?
Best regards
Robert
I recommend you to star debugging the QUERY method in CL_BSP_BP_ACCMOD when press the advance search button. Open the accounts application and do it.

Hi Robert,
In Accounts Application Pls check this "<b>ACC_SEARCH_LOG_04</b>" field group under Layout PCUI=>Application element=>Fieldgroup=>field grp structure. If this field grp exist with fields there then your pblem will be solved. If fields are not there add some fields and test it. it should work.
