Z Party role in workflow condition

Hi,

We are unable to see the z party roles(added in fine tuning) in the workflow condition(in edit condition-->field). We would want to check the condition as follows and change the ticket status:

Business Object: Ticket

Condition:

     If the inspector(Z party role) is assigned

Action: Change the ticket status from New to In-Process

@shridharvenkatesh.deshpande Hi Shridhar, Were you able to find a workaround for this particular issue?Even I am looking for a similar solution to this problem of triggering workflow rule for a Z-party role. I would be glad to know how did you solve this challenge 🙂

Hi Shridhar,

Custom (Z) Party role is not supported for "Conditions" in workflow rule.

You may raise it as a new requirement in Ideas Forum:
