Please I'm trying to configure Tickets Creation Via E-mails,
I activated the Forward on the Outlook Side, but I'm getting this error on Outlook: Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
Do you have any idea about that issue please ?

You Could try to go to activity list>Email and Fax Settings>Email and Fax Settings > and add your company's email domain address in the allowed domains list
