dear experts,

i use to have an approved service orders in umoja but when i try to confirm and complete the service order i can not locate the flag icon for closing the service order in the Application ToolBar, the status went back automatically to AWAP Status means Awaiting Approval after it was approved status, and whenever the SD order releaser try to approve the service order he failed and got this information message: You have no auth. for Fund Center 10510 hence work order can not be approved.also if i try T-Code IW41 i get this message : The business transaction cannot be carried out. and the Diagnosis is has system status LKD (Locked). According to this status, transaction 'Confirm order' is not allowed.

i cannot confirm and complete the service order.What should i do?

Hi - please ask your security administrator to give you access to the fund center. They can determine the missing access by running an STAUTHTRACE transaction while trying to run it under your role.
