Hi Expert,
one of the C4C user received this error message when tried to organize queries (views) into the Account list window. The same message appears when he try to create a personal query.
Below the image of the error and the action performed.

Could you let us know which is the problem and how to resolve it?

As an administrator I would (also) check the Settings - Company Settings to be sure that the Disable User Personalization Feature option on company or specific business roles has been selected (by accident).

I believe you are using "Keytest"(Logon as Another User) to impersonate another user and trying to change the layout. if thats the case then as mentioned in the official help, you cannot make any "Screen personalization (Adapt or Personalize mode)" for the keytest user.
If this is a normal business user then you can try to clear the cache or try to login to the private window and continue your operation. If issue still persists then pls contact SAP support.
